HR Functional Support Specialist

The HR Functional Support is responsible for administering existing talent development programs including Emerging Leaders Program (ELP), Performance Based Interview Training, HR Leadership Training, Performance Reviews, and Succession Planning. The Talent Development Coordinator works with the HR Manager and leaders of the business as well as all functional groups of HR to identify needs, provide input to the development of HR strategies and lead to achieve strategies.

Educational Background

Bachelor’s Degree required in Business Administration, HR or related field

Professional Experience

Minimum 1 year of related experience in Human Resources, with a focus on HRMS
